PokeBonk level-up keys

On desktop, every PokeBonk level-up can be shaped with three keys:

• F: Refresh
• X: Skip
• Z: Banish (press again to confirm)

The defaults are WASD, Space, Shift, R and E for movement, jump, slide, Ultimate and interact, and every key can be rebound in Settings.
